Hey there, In Hindi, Dill is not called Soya, it is called 'SUVA"
SUVA BHAJI is used in sindhi sai Bhaji, methi & Suva ki Chaman ( made with Chawal, Akki rotis ( Flat rice pancakes) and of course lots of other ways... it is always used in moderation, as it the flavour is overpowering.. a handful goes a looong way...

Love this aloo, and loved the idea of cooking on the grill. How did you manage without power for so long.
Yes , I should thank the thunderstorms that left us without power though it ended up making us quite creative. When I look back now, it was fun I think. But no, I don't want that to happen again:) .

oh!! healthy protein curry...nice one
Hey Vanamala, fresh dill is chockfull of vitamin C but lacking in protein:( . Don't confuse the actual soya bean with dill. Dill is called soya in hindi..........hence the confusion:) .
