I think yours is the first food blog that I started reading and Its a real fun blog .. You have such nice recipes intersperced with comments about ur family . Makes it fun reading . I have actually tried ur focaccia bread and the peethi ke paranthe and ur blog actually inspires me to try out new stuff … Keep up the new recipes .. Im going to try this one and im sure itll be good. What I also like about ur blog is that u mention where u bought ur ingredients from .. Thats really helpfulll

Goodness Nidhi – that bread looks absolutely to die for. I can so see myself pulling off little pieces at a time deluding myself into believing it’s just a little bit…until it’s gone . Thank you for this wonderful submission to Tried Tested and True Two. Good Luck in the challenge.
